Hi,

I am using Citavi Web and Word. I have saved my quotations in Citavi and want to copy them across to Word. However, when I open Citavi Assistant in Word and try to copy them across (as I've done before), the whole quote doesn't copy. Instead, I get a shortened version, with only part of the first line, followed by an ellipsis. I can't seem to figure out what is happening. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Sarah,

in Citavi's Word Assistant, please click on the cog wheel, and then on "Insert". Select "Knowledge item and unselect "Core statement". Confirm twice.

From now on, you will be inserting the text of the quotation followed by the citation.
